Can you give something back to your u3a? Join our RUG group and help spread the load.

We have many members who do not want to be on the committee but are willing to help out from time to time, and their help is much appreciated. They form the Really Useful Group, or the RUG as we know them.

This group was formed January 2025 so it can provide the occasional assistance the Committee.

Being an usher or Meeter and Greeter at monthly meetings.
Serving refreshments at events.
Distributing posters or leaflets.
Manning a stall to recruit new members.
