Kevin Mackie will be giving a presentation on ‘His life in Brass’ taking us on a journey from first forays into music up to becoming one of the most accomplished euphonium players in the Midlands.

Kevin was a nursing officer in the Royal Air Force and somehow managed to do that and still play with the RAF bands, including the Central Band of the Royal Air Force.

Kevin will be bringing some instruments in to help illustrate his presentation and share his musical talents with you.

Be prepared for some audience participation as he will also talk a little about musicality in general!
