Anne Roberts returns with this talk "From a Pot of Paint to Significant Form - Debates in Early English Modern Art"

She says, "September will be the close of the Whistler exhibition (now running at Tate Britain) but I hope it will still be interesting to look at the issues behind the Whistler/Ruskin trial of 1878, and then compare it with Roger Fry's discovery of Cezanne and abandonment of the Old Masters."
