MEMBERSHIP FEES
The membership year of Hunstanton u3a is September to August. The Membership fee is £13. This includes a £4.00 Capitation Fee to our national organisation, The Third Age Trust, which provides a wide range of services and benefits, including liability insurance cover.
If you are applying after March 1st, the fee is £9. From and including July you attend as a visitor and provide payment for the next year's full membership fee.
If you belong to another u3a, the annual membership fee is reduced by the amount of the Capitation Fee so £4.00 providing you can supply proof of membership, enter the details in the comments box of the form.
NB This reduction only applies to full year membership.

If you wish to subscribe to the National u3a magazine please increase your payment by £4.20
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
All members should: Support the Aims and Guiding Principles of the u3a movement and act in its best interests and never do anything to bring the u3a into disrepute.
Agree to the terms and conditions of the Constitution and support Committee decisions and treat fellow members with respect and courtesy at all times.

iv. To receive Third Age Matters magazine which is directly mailed
v. For coordination between members of Groups within the Hunstanton u3a

c. Processing of personal details by Groups:
We may collect contact details and emergency medical information for a specific trip. This information will be recorded in a paper form at the start of the trip and will be destroyed as soon as the trip is over. This information will only be used for the purpose of contact between the people on the trip and for emergency contact and providing information to the emergency services.
Your membership will not be valid until both payment and a completed application form have been received by the Membership Secretary
